About Allyson

A native of Dallas, Texas, Allyson became a published author at the age of 12, when one of her poems was featured in a young writer's collection. Since that time, she's written for such diverse projects as political blogs, lifestyle newsletters, online and print magazines, and a wide variety of web content.

In addition to her poetry books, Allyson has poems and essays included in two anthology series and her first romance novel is coming out in 2026.

When not writing, Allyson sings, paints in acrylics, and helps friends and family with their websites.
